Weekend Breakfast Haunt, The Pink Sage Diner & Pantry Is Now Open For Dinner!

Alongside the casual breakfast favorites such as Buttermilk Pancakes and the Stacked Breakfast plate with the ever-popular streaky beef brisket, The Pink Sage has also been offering its signature “Cheeseburger” amongst other things for lunch. On celebratory occasions the diner also offers a Big BBQ Plate consisting of barbequed wings, back ribs, grilled prawns, and salt-lick brisket. After a year of operations enjoying a following for these hearty selections, the diner is now open to serve its regulars and new fans for dinner, with a new and improved menu.

With the same emphasis on Californian hearty cuisine, the diner menu now expands to offer a few more specialties such as the Ribeye Steak Quesadilla, Mango and Prawn Salad with Avocado Cilantro Dressing, Mozzarella Mushroom Burger, and the “Cheeseburger” now comes in two sizes – regular and Deluxe. Still available are the ready made sandwiches identified as “The Tony” and “The Fuzzy”, and desserts such as Lemon Cake with White Chocolate and Deep-fried Apple Pie.

Specifically for dinner, more barbequed items are played up in the form of Grilled Crusted Lamb, Mesquite Chicken Leg, and just in the first few days the Seared Duck Breast with Porcini Risotto has become a new favorite.

The white-boothed space with its distinct long bar, interrogative pendant lamps, terracotta mosaic flooring and neo art welcomes diners as a bright and vivid destination by day, and a dimly cosy one by night. Some cafe-style seating outdoors which makes for a great Sunday hangout is also available. A close-knit and food-enthusiastic team that remembers your name seals the deal in making The Pink Sage Diner & Pantry a great restaurant to come back to, over and over again. How do you recognize the diner for the very first time? Look out for the food trivia board in the front.
